We have always wanted to find solutions and remedies to alleviate air pollution, ease traffic congestion and reduce consumption of fossil fuels. FAQ

Q: What can you deliver?

A: We can deliver anything from a single envelope to multiple boxes. We can carry up to 300 lbs using our Omnium Cargo bikes. If it is more than 300 lbs we can add another courier or make an additional trip if necessary. (Sorry but no rubbish or hazardous waste/ chemicals please)

Q: Will my shipment be insured if damaged during transit?

A: Yes! We insure all of our deliveries valued up to $100. Additional coverage can be added for high value or fragile items.

Q: How much does a delivery cost?

A: You can get something across town starting at $20 depending on distance, volume, and frequency. Account holders are eligible to setup recurring daily or weekly deliveries that may be offered at discounted rates.

Q: What is your delivery range/zone?

A: We cover all of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. We can even get to NJ should you need something important.

Q: Do I need a Full Cycle account?

A: You don’t necessarily need an account however the benefits to establishing an account include the ability to place and manage your deliveries in real time from any mobile device and to be invoiced weekly or fortnightly. Account holders also qualify for additional offers, discounts, and promotions. For non account holders we require prepayment and a non account fee may be applied.

Q: Can I cancel or adjust my order once it’s placed?

A: We understand that things change in a matter of seconds. If this happens the best thing to do is to contact us immediately and let the dispatcher know the situation that way we can re-route our couriers and have the correct equipment to complete your delivery. Failure to notify Full Cycle may result in a cancellation fee.

Q: Do you deliver in inclement weather?

A: We deliver in rain, shine, or snow. Please allow additional travel time during extreme weather. We take extra care with your packages to keep them dry but appreciate it if you appropriately prepare your shipment for the weather

Q: How can I pay for services rendered?

A: We accept Venmo, Cash, and Electronic Fund Transfers via Zelle. Credit card payments may be charged an additional fee for processing.
