New York City is known for its bike messengers, zooming through congested urban streets to deliver time-sensitive goods citywide. It was on these streets that Chicago-born Justin Smith got his start in the delivery game. After working as a solo bike messenger, Justin started his own business with a focus on sustainability and reliable, friendly service. Full Cycle NYC quickly grew its loyal client-base and became known for delivering things big and small and keeping customers happy.

If you live in Auckland, we don’t need to tell you that traffic is a problem. New Zealand’s largest city also suffers from a serious lack of alternative courier services for those looking to reduce their carbon footprint while also getting things delivered quickly.

Same day

Our standard and default service is Same Day. Why wait several days while your items get transferred to a depot across town for "processing", get it the same day you order it!

Need it sooner than Same Day? Our Rush service means we’ll have it there in 2 hours or less.

Wholesale

Are you a wholesaler? Your wholesale items can be delivered to multiple retailers across town as regularly or irregularly as you need.

Fragile/high value items

WHAT CAN YOU DELIVER?

We can deliver anything from a single envelope to multiple boxes. We can carry up to 175kgs using our Omnium Cargo bikes. If it is more than 175kgs we can add another courier or make an additional trip if necessary. (Sorry but no rubbish or hazardous waste/chemicals please.)

HOW IS FULL CYCLE DIFFERENT FROM STANDARD COURIER SERVICES?

  1. We don’t sit in traffic! Using cargo bikes means we can get things delivered quicker than most car/van courier services.
  2. We deliver point to point, no depots or sorting warehouses. We pick it up, we drop it off.
  3. Customer service is a huge priority to us, so our couriers are charming and friendly!

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY RANGE/ZONE?

We cover all of Central Auckland. If your pickup or dropoff point sits outside of our delivery zone, we may still be able to arrange delivery of your items. Please note, timeframes may vary with deliveries outside our usual zone and Rush Service may not always be available.

DO I HAVE TO BE A BUSINESS TO USE FULL CYCLE?

No. We handle everything from click and collect orders to performing local errands around town. Simply email us with the pickup and delivery addresseses and we’ll get back to you with a quote book it in quick as!

CAN I USE FULL CYCLE FOR A ONE-OFF DELIVERY?

You sure can! But we hope you’ll have a great experience and want to use us again!

DO I NEED A FULL CYCLE ACCOUNT?

You don’t necessarily need an account to use our services. However there are benefits to establishing an account if you plan to use Full Cycle regularly. These include:

  • The ability to place and manage your deliveries in real time from any mobile device
  • Weekly or fortnightly invoicing, rather than paying prior to delivery
  • Access to additional offers, promotions and discounted rates

For non account holders we require prepayment for all deliveries.

HOW MUCH DOES A DELIVERY COST?

You can get something across town starting at $15 depending on distance, volume, and frequency. Account holders can set up recurring daily or weekly deliveries that may be eligible for discounted rates.

DO YOU DO CONTACTLESS DELIVERY?

We are committed to keeping our riders and clients safe from COVID-19. During Level 3, all deliveries will be made in a contactless manner and our riders are masked up, carrying hand sanitizer, and scan in using the NZCOVID Tracer app wherever possible.

DO YOU DO EVENING AND WEEKEND DELIVERIES?

We can absolutely handle deliveries outside of our usual business hours but you may incur a small fee. Hit us up to find out more!

DO YOU DELIVER IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?

We deliver in rain or shine. Please allow additional travel time during extreme weather. We take extra care with your packages to keep them dry but appreciate it if you appropriately prepare your shipment for the weather.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Full Cycle is known for delivering everything with care but in the unlikely event something out of our control happens we insure all of our deliveries up to $500. High value items may incur additional insurance fees.

CAN I CANCEL OR ADJUST MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

We understand that things change in a matter of seconds. If this happens the best thing to do is to call us immediately on 022 074 1093 and let the dispatcher know. That way we can re-route our couriers and have the correct equipment to complete your delivery. Failure to notify Full Cycleof any changes may result in a cancellation or re-delivery fee.

HOW DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY?

Our primary form of payment is bank transfers. If you are a non-account holder we require payment at the time the booking is placed. You will be sent payment instructions before confirming the delivery. Account holders are invoiced weekly or fortnightly.
